Here I started out by experimenting with different ways of drawing my name. My first initial idea was to have something quite clean and minimal on a white business card to reflect my identity as a designer.

Here are a few business card experiments I have created which uses a design from a previous brief to brighten up the minimal design. I wanted something clean but effective and gave off an impact to catch peoples eyes. I thought this was appropriate as the clean minimal design will reflect my professionalism as a designer and the vibrant colours will reflect my energetic personality.

The development of my identity then proceeded onto using my initials and joining them together to create a shape that also resembles a musical note element. I thought the musical note element would be beneficial to my project pack as I want to put my CV business cards and work cards inside a 7" record sleeve, this is to take a different approach to your generic project packs and seem a little different to other competitors. I find that music is very important in my life and I wanted to reflect that in my work.

These are the three work cards which will be featured in my project pack which have examples of my previous work with a brief explanation of what the brief was about and how I approached it. I thought this was appropriate as it shows what I am capable of in short brief examples and will not make the viewer have to go search for my work online especially if they are short on time. I kept a clean minimal design as not to distract the viewer from the content on the cards themselves.
