This is an artist I found on the AIGA website. There wasn't many self branding designers to choose from but out the selection I found this designer stood out the most. After building up research and blogging about other designers self branding I've found that I'm more attracted to bright colours with the use of vector shapes on a crisp white background. For me I think its clean and minimal but still looks interesting and atheistically pleasing. I would have to decide whether I wanted to use hand rendered type or stick to a simple serif/san serif type which will enable me to focus on other hand drawn things.

Sandra Connors:

This is another one that stood out from the website and I think has a clear message. You can tell from the logo that it a mixture of two different cultures. I also liked the little owl you get with the package as the logo is incorporated into the design. This I think works extremely well and makes it interesting from the bog standard business card. I'm not too sure whether the mint colour works well with the green, I personally would of went for a more minimal and clean look maybe with a white background.
